2010 Spring Season Registration
Middle School practices start Monday, March 1 at Hedges Field between Town Hall and the Recycling Center. It's not too late to sign up - bring your registration forms to practice.
Mondays - 2:30* - 4:30
Tuesdays - 5:30 - 7:30**
Thursdays: 2:30* - 4:30
*Monday & Thursday practices start right after school. If you need transportation from SMMHS or can help transport players please contact Leslie Smith, 580-7678 or lsmith@heronco.com.
**Evening practices will end at dark until daylight savings time starts in mid-March.

Registration fees:
U11: $105.00
Middle School: $130.00
High School $155.00

The following forms MUST be completed and returned before your player will be allowed to participate in Signal Mountain Lacrosse.

- Parent Code of Conduct
- U.S. Lacrosse Membership Form**
**NOTE: U.S. Lacrosse Membership is required for all players for our league to meet insurance requirements. High school players are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own U.S. Lacrosse membership. Signal Mountain Lacrosse will register middle school and U11 team players with U.S. Lacrosse, and your U.S. Lacrosse dues are part of our registration fee.
Uniforms & Equipment
Uniforms will be provided and must be worn at all games. Each player will also need the following equipment:
- Helmet
- Stick
- Shoulder pads
- Arm pads
- Gloves
- Mouth guard
- Cleats
